Springtime. Such an uplifting time of the year as baby birds appear in hedgerows, delicate blossom adorns trees, and splashes of vibrant blues, pinks and yellows appear in the garden.
It’s a time for sowing seed.
And a time to keep on top of the fast-growing weeds!
For some of us it may be a prompt to reflect on our own season of life:
Is there anything we need to start sowing?
What weeds do we need to clear and stop taking hold?
Are we living with intention to nuture a future harvest?
Are we in a season of enforced rest, of activity or harvest?
Or like young birds that outgrow the nest, is it time to move on?
Know peace in the season you’re in and accept it for what it is, doing what it suggests you might do. And if it’s time to move on, take what you’ve learned but don’t look back.
